During the War between the states, Vicksburg was called the Gibralter of the Confederacy. It was here on the Mississippi River that a vast military and naval campaign culminated in the battle and siege of Vicksburg. Featuring battle sound effects and a superb music score by Bobby Horton, this video program recounts the Struggle for Vicksburg and tours Vicksburg National Military Park today.
